Happy Birthday Eldred Gregory Peck!

April 5th 1916 - June 12th 2003

"In art there is compassion, in compassion there is humanity, with humanity there is generosity and love. Gregory Peck gave us these attributes in full measure."

- Brock Peters

"He was no saint, but he was a man of extraordinary gifts. Of course, he was tall, dark and handsome, but actually more than that - he was dazzling."

- Lauren Bacall

Ten pictures that will make you love advertising

This right here is what advertising should be. Not sexualizing men and women. Just clever little things like this.

Let’s Talk About Movies:

Famous typewriting scenes.

  1. Schindler’s List (1993)
  2. Breakfast at Tiffany’s (1961)
  3. The Shining (1980)
  4. Moulin Rouge! (2001)
  5. Atonement (2007)
  6. Sherlock HolmesA Game of Shadows (2011)

There are many ways to describe a character’s personality. From eye contact, his dressing style or a simple hand gesture. With a classic typing scene, the audience could see the inside of his mind, something that the character won’t let other people knows except for us, kinda like having a secret with your favorite character.
